A non-traditional work day can help spark creativity and innovation in employees. Our practices were lucky enough to spend the day at The Toledo Zoo for a continuing education event! Frankel Dentistry and Frankel and Puhl Dentistry joined HLS Orthodontist along with four more practices to learn about psychology and emotional intelligence. Bruce Christopher, one of our favorite presenters, spoke about emotional self awareness, emotional management, and personal motivation. We are grateful and fortunate to work at a practice with so many opportunities.

We are also grateful to work with a practice who we enjoy spending time with inside and outside of the office. This non traditional work day felt like an adult field trip as we fed the giraffes, rode the carousel, and visited animals and friends. A special thank you to HLS Orthodontist for hosting this continuing education workshop, Frankel Dentistry had a wild time.
