At Frankel Dentistry, we believe in the power of continuous professional development. Recently, our five practices came together for a remarkable Ownership Workshop at The Pinnacle in Maumee, Ohio. This enriching event was designed to empower our team members, both front staff and clinical, as we continue to expand across the Ohio area.
The day began with a warm welcome and coffee, setting a positive tone for the events to follow. Our teams were treated to inspiring presentations by Pete Honsberger and Liz Simon from CultureShoc, who delivered powerful messages on fostering a positive work environment and strengthening workplace connections. Their expertise and enthusiasm left a lasting impression on all attendees, igniting a renewed sense of purpose and camaraderie.
Pete and Liz’s presentations emphasized the importance of a cohesive and positive workplace culture. They provided valuable insights into leadership and professional growth, encouraging us to serve all and strive for continuous improvement—principles that are at the heart of Frankel Dentistry.
One of the highlights of the day was a team-building activity where we constructed bridges—a symbolic exercise that focused on the importance of collaboration and problem-solving in achieving common goals. This hands-on experience not only brought our teams closer but also reinforced the practical application of the day’s lessons!
Lunch provided another opportunity for team bonding and informal discussions, fostering a sense of community among our various practices. The energy in the room was exciting, with everyone eager to share their thoughts and experiences.
As a token of our appreciation, we gifted our team members with Frankel embroidered “SUPER HERO ESOX,” As our employees are the superheroes of our ESOP! Also a symbol of our unity and commitment to excellence.
The Ownership Workshop was more than just an event; it was a celebration of our shared values and dedication to continuous growth. We are excited to implement the new strategies and insights gained from the workshop, and we look forward to the continued success of Frankel Dentistry!
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this day a success. Together, we will continue to serve all and be always better. Here’s to fostering a positive, collaborative, and thriving workplace as we move forward.
Serve All, Always Better!
